Athletic Skin Care Routine

Step 1: Use your preferred method of hand hygiene.

Step 2: Apply Athletic Tape before you apply any chalk. Cover cuts and scrapes to keep them clean. If your finger is injured, keep it supported.

Step 3: Apply Secret Stuff Liquid Chalk for a binding base layer.

Step 3: If your grip needs a boost, use our high performance chalk or Magic Chalk Ball.

Step 4: After you work out, rinse your hands with some soap and water.

Step 5: Lastly, get rid of those post-workout callouses with a finger file

Step 7: Finish up your routine with some climbing balm to keep your hands smooth.
